Applies to: All access to and use of Elios AI products and services (the “Services”) by customers, their users, and any party using the Services under a customer account (“you”).
By using the Services, you agree to this AUP, our Terms of Service (https://salespigeon.ai/legal/terms), SaaS Subscription Agreement (https://salespigeon.ai/legal/subscription-agreement), Data Processing Addendum (DPA) (https://salespigeon.ai/legal/dpa), Call Usage Addendum (CUA) (https://salespigeon.ai/legal/call-usage), Privacy Policy (https://salespigeon.ai/legal/privacy), and AI Disclosure Policy (https://salespigeon.ai/legal/ai-disclosure). If this AUP conflicts with another document on matters of abuse or prohibited use, this AUP controls. Current Subprocessors are listed at https://salespigeon.ai/legal/subprocessors.
1) Scope
This AUP applies to: (a) your account and credentials; (b) anyone you allow to use the Services; and (c) any content, calls, data, or configurations you provide.
2) General Prohibited Conduct
You will not use the Services to:
- Violate any law or rights of others; engage in deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or abusive conduct.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, probe/scan/test systems without consent, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload or transmit content that is illegal, exploits or harms children, incites violence, or promotes hate or discrimination.
- Misuse or exfiltrate data, attempt to de-anonymize data, or bypass technical controls.
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from third-party services via integrations in violation of those services’ terms.
3) Telephony & Marketing Rules
3.1 Inbound focus; future outbound
Elios AI primarily supports inbound use cases today. If you later enable outbound/telemarketing, you must comply with all applicable marketing and consumer-protection laws (e.g., TCPA/TSR, state robocall laws, DNC rules).
3.2 Telemarketing permitted only with consent
Telemarketing to leads is allowed only where you have valid, documented consent (and any revocations are honored). You must maintain proof of consent, respect opt-outs, and adhere to applicable calling-time and frequency limits.
3.3 Caller ID & spoofing
You may not misrepresent caller ID or engage in unlawful spoofing. Use truthful identification consistent with applicable STIR/SHAKEN and carrier requirements.
3.4 Recording & monitoring
If you enable recording/transcription, you are responsible for all required notices and consents to parties to the call in relevant jurisdictions. Configure the tools we provide to meet your obligations.
3.5 Emergency services
Do not use Elios AI for emergency calling or dispatch. In emergencies, callers should dial 911 (or local equivalent).
4) AI Use Rules
- No deception: You must not mislead callers about whether they are interacting with an automated agent; comply with any applicable AI disclosure laws/regulations and our AI Disclosure Policy (https://salespigeon.ai/legal/ai-disclosure).
- No impersonation: You may not impersonate real people or organizations, or create deepfake/“sound-alike” voices, except where you have prior, documented consent from the person/entity being represented and such use is lawful.
- Human handoff: Where required or appropriate (e.g., confusion, legal/medical/financial advice), provide a path to a human representative.
5) High-Risk & Sensitive Uses
Certain categories are prohibited or require pre-approval due to heightened legal/regulatory risk. You must obtain Elios AI’s written pre-approval before using the Services for:
- Debt collection, government/government-like communications, political/election activities, adult content, gambling, payday lending, firearms, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Processing health information/PHI unless you have executed a HIPAA BAA with Elios AI and enabled HIPAA features.
- Any use outside the United States.
Elios AI may deny or revoke approval at our reasonable discretion.
6) Fair Use & Traffic Integrity
- Do not engage in traffic pumping, snowshoeing, or other abusive traffic patterns.
- Automated throttling: Not used by default. However, Elios AI may immediately throttle, block, or isolate traffic experiencing egregious abuse, security incidents, or legal risk (e.g., spam floods, fraud, DDoS, mass harassment).
7) Integrations & Data Handling
- Use integrations (e.g., calendars, CRMs, billing) only as permitted by those providers’ terms.
- Do not attempt to scrape/extract third-party data beyond intended integration scope.
- Do not attempt to deanonymize or re-identify de-identified information.
8) Brand & Representation
- Do not use Elios AI’s name, logos, or branding in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement without written permission.
- Do not publish benchmarks or comparative tests of the Services without our prior written consent.
9) Monitoring; Investigations
Elios AI may monitor signals (e.g., call metadata, abuse indicators) to protect the Services and users. We may request your cooperation (e.g., proof of consent, sample scripts, campaign details) to investigate suspected violations.
10) Enforcement & Remedies
If we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated, we may take one or more actions, with or without notice:
- Issue a warning and request remediation;
- Disable specific features or integrations;
- Block or remove offending content/configurations;
- Suspend or terminate access in severe or repeated cases;
- Report illegal activity to authorities where required.
We decide remedies based on the severity, impact, and your cooperation.
11) Reporting & Appeals

Appeals: If your access is limited or suspended, email support@salespigeon.ai with context. We aim to review within 3 business days.
12) Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP as laws and our Services evolve. Material changes will be notified (e.g., email, banner, or in-app notice) and are effective as stated in the notice.
